KAINDL Schleiftechnik

At KAINDL it all started with the production of simple emery files in the private garage of Reinhold Reiling, who later founded the company.

History

The production plants in Königsbach-Stein were last extended by 700m2 in 2008, while our main focus was set on sustainability and energy efficiency.

Registering a limited company

Establishment of a limited company head-quartered in Ersingen, led by Reinhold and Karl Reiling

  • Henrik and Reinhard Reiling are appointed as further directors

    • First manual RMS circular knife grinding machine (the original)
    • The SZVR counter-sinking and milling grinding machine – for sharpening counter-sinking and milling blades
    • The SSM-NCT saw blade grinding machine

  • Development and production of the RMS-NC circular knife grinding machine
  • Launch of our homepage and online DIY shop
  • Planning and construction of a warehouse and expansion of the production area

Thanks to forty years of experience, we are able to offer you the best products possible.

Machines

Our products are not produced on the conveyer belt. Each and every single one of our machines is designed according to our customers desires. It is then manufactured on the spot.The fully automated integration of a machine into your existing system or production process is also possible.

Tools

It all began with simple wooden files and individual sandpapers providing for the jewelry industry. Nowadays, we produce for the professional craftsman as well as handymen.
